Ela Gold, originally from Wiesbaden, Germany was born prematurely and with a weak immune system. She survived lots of illnesses and approaches from western doctors who wanted her to take heavy medications for the rest of her life.
Her deep spiritual belief and good humour helped her through many years of suffering. She went on her own quest for total health, studied Bush Flower Essences, Acupuncture, Herbs, Nutrition, Colon Hydrotherapy and Ayurvedic Medicine.
She is working in the Ayurvedic College in Kyogle NSW Australia were she is helping many clients through a simple, down-to-earth approach. She teaches that we are all individual and that it is important to take responsibility for our health by finding what works for us and also trust in our own physical and spiritual self-healing power.
